Returns

If something is wrong with your order and / or you would like to return your item(s), these are some guidelines for you:

We accept returns on all items within 14 days of the products being delivered as long as:

- They have not been worn or washed

- They are undamaged

- They have all tags in place

- They are returned to us in their original packaging

- They have all the enclosed documentation

We will process your return in 5 days or less. 

FAULTY ITEM

If you think the products you received are faulty, please contact us at once by email at: service@divesangha.com

We will advise you on how to proceed with the return.

You will be asked to give us as many details as possible about the fault, including photographs if possible.

Please be informed that we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged due to incorrect washing or ironing.

Any cost you incur returning the faulty item will be refunded and you will be able to either get a replacement or cancel your order and get a refund.

INCORRECT ITEM

Please let us know at once if you think you have received an incorrect product by emailing us at: service@divesangha.com

We will advise you on how to proceed with the return.

You will be asked to give us as many details as possible about the mistake, including photographs if possible.

Any cost you incur returning the incorrect item will be refunded and you will be able to either get the item you originally chose or cancel your order and get a refund.

WRONG SIZE / EXCHANGES

If you think you might have ordered the wrong size and would like to swap your product with a size up or down, please do get in touch with us by email at: service@divesangha.com

We understand shopping online can be tricky and we'll do our best to accomodate your request.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO RETURN AN ITEM

It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the products you intend to return and to send them to us in good, sellable conditions.

Please use the same box your order came in.

Please include the card provided with all the sections filled in (marked in orange).

If the products are not faulty or incorrect, the cost of returning them to us is your responsibility.

For your protection we recommend you choose a suitable postal service.

Please note that we cannot refund items lost in the post.

Please allow 5 working days from our receipt of your goods to process your return or to send you a new product. You will receive a confirmation email that you return has been processed or a dispatch confirmation for your new item.

If you are returning anything to us outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly stating that the package contains “Returned Goods” (no commercial value).
