We will our best to dispatch your order the day you place it but during a busy period this might just take a little longer. We apply flat shipping rates:
If you are ordering from the UK your delivery is FREE. We will be sending your order via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, a service that will take approximately two working days.
If you are ordering from Europe we will be sending your order via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, a service that will take approximately 1 week. This will cost you £12.00 (approximately €16.5)
If you are ordering from Countries outside the European Union we will be sending your order via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed or International Tracked (depending on the destination), a service that will take approximately 1 week to max 10 days. This will cost you £15.00 (approximately $22.00)
Your parcel might not exactly fit in your letterbox. If you think you will not be at home when the postman calls, please do let us have your work address when you place your order.
Please note that we do not ship to a PO Box.
Please note that our website prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of the UK Sales Tax (VAT).
If you are ordering from a country within the European Union your bill will include VAT.
The good news for our non-EU customers is that we can apply zero-rate VAT (approximately 16.5% off the listed price) to your orders.
At the moment this can not be done automatically through our website (which is hosted by Shopify) but we will manually refund the VAT.
All our payments are processed via an external, extremely safe paying system. We do not have access or hold any of your credit card details.
CUSTOM & IMPORT DUTIES
Any custom or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination.
These charges can vary greatly from country to country and have to be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot advise you what the cost will be.
In order to avoid a surprise, if you are new to ordering online from a country different from yours, we recommend you contact your local customs office before placing an order with us.
